SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport, particularly, to its sanitary equipment. Proposed W.C. complex comprises: w.c. pan 1, w.c. flows accumulator tank, air-operated shutoff valves, pneumoelectric compressed air control valve 7 to control said shut-ff valves connected with the car compressor plant. Electric control input of pneumoelectric control valve is connected via electronic control unit with terminals of w.c. pan wash-off button 10. Shutoff valves and accessories comprise: w.c. pan wash-off valve, relief valve and drain valve. Relief valve and drain valve represent air-operate sphincter sucker-rod valves controlled by compressed air while w.c. pan wash-off valve represents an air-operated shutoff axial valve. W.C. pan relied device is composed of membrane pump with piston-type air drive.

EFFECT: higher reliability, simplified design.
