FIELD: medical equipment; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: device for working out of movements in joints includes elements of fastening of a joint and a bending-unbending mechanism. The bending-unbending mechanism consists of two elements located in a plane of a joint movement. The elements are connected among themselves with rotation possibility. The bending-unbending mechanism and an inflatable element are concluded in a pneumoelement in such a manner that the inflatable element settles down along an external surface of the bending-unbending mechanism and is connected by means of a flexible hose to the pneumatic system of the control block. The control block has the software. There is a possibility of realisation active-passive, bending-unbending movements in a joint with maintenance of automatic control with change of effort of an angle deviation of one part of a joint concerning another, amplitude of movements in the damaged joints, number of cycles and quantity of steps to one cycle with set time intervals that allows to make aftertreatment process as much as possible controlled and providing an individual approach.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of treatment process; reduction of dimensions and device mass; increase of reliability and possibility of use of the device the patient in house conditions.
