FIELD: medicine, neurology.
SUBSTANCE: one should conduct photochromotherapy with monochromic green light, irradiation dosage being 3 J/sq. cm. One should irradiate by contact immovably in area of nerve's compression - 5 min, and by contact labile technique at local projection of affected nerve - 5 min. One should apply uninterrupted mode of impact, radiation intensity being 100%. Therapy course consists of 10 procedures conducted either daily or every other day. The innovation suggested enables to improve microcirculation, remove edema in the site of nerve compression and enhance regeneration of nervous fiber.
