SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, and can be used for therapy of patients with psoriasis in progressing stage. Physical factor is exposed to the background of a drug-induced therapy involving anti-inflammatory, hyposensitising and disintoxication therapy. Physical factor is photochromotherapy by means of a LED apparatus Spectr-LC-02 by exposure to narrow-band optical light emission of wavelength 540 nm on psoriatic plaques of the skin, with radiation power of 225 mW, power density radiation -12, 5 mW/s^2, the total radiation dose - 202.5 J in one procedure, the energy exposure of 1.35 J/cm², in the continuous mode, duration of 15 minutes to 3 minutes for one field. Total exposure area of skin in one procedure is not more than 750 cm², according to contact labile technique, 10 procedures performed by one procedure daily.

EFFECT: method provides reduced number of procedures, itching relief, increased remission of disease by combining drug therapy and photochromotherapy.
