SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, and can be used for therapy of patients with psoriasis in progressing stage. Physical factor is exposed to the background of a drug-induced therapy involving anti-inflammatory, hyposensitising and disintoxication therapy. Physical factor is photochromotherapy with the help of the LED Spectrum-LC-02 apparatus by exposure to narrow-band optical light emitting of wavelength 650 nm on psoriasis skin plaques at radiation power 50 mW, radiation power density - 2.8 mW/cm², the total radiation dose - 30 J for a single procedure, the exposure energy - 0.2 J/cm², in a continuous mode. Duration 10 minutes, 2 minutes per one field. Total exposure area of skin in one procedure is not more than 750 cm², according to contact labile technique. 10 procedures are performed by one procedure daily.

EFFECT: method provides reduced number of procedures, itching relief, increased remission of disease by combining drug therapy and photochromotherapy.
