FILTER FOR WATER PURIFICATION INSIDE FLUSH TANK IN THE CASE OF DIFFERENT WATER SUPPLY VARIANTS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: water supply, particularly for water purification during feeding thereof in flush tank.

SUBSTANCE: filter comprises polymeric or metal porous filtering material and is installed inside the tank. When water is fed from top of flushing tank filter is installed under orifice, which provides water flow in flush tank. Filter has elastic noise-reducing shell installed inside the filter and locking means with straps to provide rigid fixation thereof in stable position under above orifice. In the case of water supply from flush tank bottom filter is installed in water inlet orifice transversely to water flow. Filter comprises two molded halves connected one to another by means of threaded channels. The halves are provided with two orifices. Filtering material is put on one of the halves. Filter extends in parallel to flush tank bottom. Capron may be used as the polymeric material.

EFFECT: increased easiness of filter removing for following cleaning thereof, reduced labor inputs, provision of continuous operation and elimination of noise caused by water feeding in flushing tank from top thereof.
