FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pump consists of stator with solid housing, inlet branch pipe, pressure branch pipe and guide-vane assembly with vane secured on housing, pressure chamber and chamber at impeller entry interconnected by channels made in vanes of guide-vane assembly. Pump rotor has double-entry impeller and bearings, one of which is of supports-thrust type. Rotor is installed for rotation on bearings fitted in stator. Inlet branch pipe is connected only with one of chambers at impeller entry. Second chamber at impeller entry is provided with inlet branch pipe passing through pressure chamber, being hermetically sealed in said chamber, axis of inlet branch pipe is displaced relative to axis of pressure branch pipe at angle α of within α=180° in direction of rotation of impeller.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability, mass and dimensional characteristics of pump at preservation of economy parameters.
