SUBSTANCE: induction electric motor is of butt-end design; stator of electric motor is detachable; it is provided with individual housing which has two symmetrical magnetic circuits with windings; impeller are structurally independent and are located symmetrically on either side of stator on cantilevers of rotor shaft; electric fan has two separate spiral chambers; each chamber embraces its impeller.
