FIELD: heating engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used in steam heat supply with any surface heat exchangers. Case of recirculator has injection and separation departments separated by membrane. Membrane has slit with shutter. Injection department has mixer with diffuser, working chamber with steam-atomizing burner and injection chamber. At starting when big amount of steam condensate is sucked in to separator from heat exchanger, the shutter is locked to let steam-condensate mixture enter the injection chamber. The mixture then gets back to heat exchanger and warms it up quickly. Noncondensable steam is separated from condensate by means of membrane, then sucked into mixer, mixes with steam from working chamber and returns to heat exchanger. Condensate is retained by membrane flows down the bottom of separator and removed through branch. Steam consumption for sustaining temperature inside heat exchanger is at least twice reduced.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation.
