FIELD: heat power engineering, mechanical engineering, engines. SUBSTANCE: during steam cycle of steam power plant part of steam expanding in heat machine is directed into steam superheater where heat is supplied to steam in cycle and steam is directed into jet device where its pressure is raised to initial value before heat machine at mixing of steam part and working medium condensate from pump converted into active flows at acceleration in nozzles. Compressed mixed steam flow, thus formed, is expanded in heat machine, and heat in cycle is removed from wastes steam part remaining in heat machine. At steam-gas cycle of steam-gas plant, combustion products formed at combustion of fuel in combustion chamber are directed into jet device where their pressure is raised to value equal to that before heat machine at mixing of combustion products and working medium liquid component flow from pump converted into active flows at acceleration in nozzles, and compressed steam-gas mixture, thus formed, is expanded in heat machine.
