FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: capacity pressure gauge comprises housing of the sensor provided with the central chamber separated into two spaces by the conducting diaphragm and two separating units with the separating diaphragms. Each of the spaces receives the insert with the central supplying passage and concave working surface provided with the electrode that faces the diaphragm. The spaces of the units and sensing member are filled with a dielectric fluid. Each electrode is divided into two electrodes made of two conducting isolated rings. Each ring is connected with the corresponding outer lead.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measuring.
