FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: device allows compensating deformation (shift) of membrane and change values of dielectric constant in situ. Pressure transducer 56 filled with dielectric liquid filler 95 has at least three plates 144, 146, 148, 150 placed around membrane 102. At least two plates 144 and 146 are placed at one side of conducting membrane 102 and one plate 148, 150 is placed at the other side of membrane 102. Measured pressure differential with error compensation has to function of difference of value of curve of membrane which difference is registered at peripheral area 136 and value of curve of membrane registered at central area 140. One version of curve compensation is based on measuring of change of capacities of two capacitors at both sides of membrane 102 and subsequent adding of these values to get output signal R provided with compensation or errors of measurement of applied pressure differential.

EFFECT: improved degree of compensation.
