SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for determination of ash content of biomaterials. Method involves taking off a sample and it analysis by roentgeno-fluorescent method for determination of potassium and cobalt. The ash content value is calculated by logarithmic index of the content of potassium and cobalt in calibration plot. Method provides enhancing precision degree of assay.
