FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves implanting titanium nickelide member. Roentgenofluorescence bone tissue analysis is carried out with synchrotronic radiation being applied. Then, Ca and P microelements content and proportions are to be determined in post-implantation period in dynamic mode. Resulting values determined on false-operated animals without implant being introduced, is considered to be treated as animals control data. Ca/P value being determined at the seventh day as 3.2±0.02:1 when 20% as high increase in P concentration with respect to the control value and Ca concentration being in conformity to the control value, regional osteoporosis diagnosis is set in tissue zone around the implant. Calcium concentration being reduced by 20% at the 120-th day and phosphorus concentration by 17% and Ca/P ratio being equal to 1.4±0.04:1, regional osteoporosis diagnosis is set in tissue zone around the implant.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in detecting calcium and phosphorus proportion disorders and correcting them.
