Device of second design alternate has first through third transistors, closing and opening coils, voltage regulator diode, first through fifteenth resistors, first one being variable resistor, first through seventh capacitors, first through third diodes, rectifier unit, and two voltage detectors.
EFFECT: ability of relay functioning at gradual increase or decrease in supply voltage.
