FIELD: medicine, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with for removing fingers' flexing contractures in case of two cicatricial folds at finger's volar surface. The method deals with performing plasty with counter triangular flaps cut at the crest of the first cicatricial fold at finger's volar surface at replacing the flaps against each other, simultaneously one should perform plasty with a rotational flap from finger's volar-lateral surface cut along the crest of the second cicatricial fold and replaced onto finger's volar surface, as for trapezoidal flap developed with the crests of cicatricial folds and the side of triangular flap being between them it should be replaced distally. The developed defects of soft tissues at finger's volar and lateral surface should be substituted with cutaneous autotransplants to prevent the relapse of contracture.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
