SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, plastic surgery, and can be used to eliminate flexion contracture of two adjacent long fingers of the hand in Dupuytren's disease. Longitudinal cuts are performed along the midline of the proximal phalanges of the adjacent fingers along their palmar surface and the lines of both incisions are connected in the region of the distal palmar fold, thereby forming a V-shaped flap. Then the incision is extended proximally along the altered aponeurotic cord up to the beginning of the palmar aponeurosis. After aponeurectomy and extension of the fingers of the hand, the edges of the skin incisions are sutured in a line and skin Z-plasty is performed at the level of the metacarpophalangeal joints.

EFFECT: method ensures the preservation of the viability of the V-shaped skin flap and the edges of skin incisions due to the preservation of the skin vessels feeding them, which ultimately significantly reduces the risk of developing skin necrosis and skin defects and thereby accelerates the rehabilitation process of operated patients and ensures the achievement of good functional and cosmetic outcomes treatment.
