FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing step-by-step dissection of pathologically changed palmer aponeurosis through cuts along the proximal and distal palmer folds and along the flexion folds on the digits. Then all the wounds are sutured leaving defect in the region of the main phalanx of the III and IV digit cutting out skin graft on vascular limb and bringing it through the skin tunnel formed due to palmer aponeurosis dissection into the wound disposed in the region of the distal palmer fold suturing it to edges of the defect left. The formed finger defect is covered with a free full-layer or split graft taken from polar forearm surface. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
