SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for passengers of any height is rectangular frame with rounded off corners provided with fasteners arranged in lower part of frame secured at a distance, sufficient for convenient gripping of frame by hand, to side of seat or to inner partition or body support post. Frame is formed by closed shaped member which can be gripped by passenger hand. Fasteners are made in form of at least two members arranged at a distance from each other on one side of frame or on both sides of frame.
EFFECT: provision of passenger resting and holding device to be secured on vehicle seat sides.
