FIELD: railway signaling and interlocking devices.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains track circuit control unit including generators connected with beginnings of track circuits, receivers connected with ends of track circuits. Available are ac current source, light signal control unit, light signal red lamp control unit, block section locking unit, auxiliary releasing device, yellow light signaling relay unit. The latter is connected by two inputs to track circuit control unit block section clear output and to block section locking unit block section release output. Moreover, device is furnished with unit to control operation of yellow light signaling relay, switch element, time delay unit, unit to form signal to release block section, starting signal forming unit, inverse signal forming unit and supply control unit. Yellow light signaling relay operation control unit is connected by first inputs to block section clearance and occupancy outputs of track circuit control unit and by second inputs, to yellow light signaling relay unit clear and danger outputs. Switch element is connected by control input to output of yellow light signaling relay operation control unit, by signaling input to output of ac current source, and by output, to input of light signal control unit. Input of supply control unit is connected to output of block section release output of block section the following in direction of train movement, and no supply output is connected with first input of starting signal forming unit and supply presence output, with third input of yellow light signaling relay unit. Clear output of yellow light signaling relay unit is connected with second input of starting signal forming unit through inverse signal forming unit. Third, fourth, fifth and sixth inputs of starting signal forming unit are connected, respectively, to output of auxiliary releasing device, block section locking output of block section locking unit the following in direction of train movement, output of light signal red lamp control unit limiting the following block section in direction of train movement and to block section locking output of block section locking unit. Output of starting signal forming unit is connected with first input of block section release signal forming unit. Second and third, fourth and fifth inputs of block section release signal forming unit are connected, respectively, to block section clearance and occupancy outputs of track circuit control unit, to output of block section locking output of block section preceding in direction of train movement of track circuit control unit, and to block section release output of locking unit of block section preceding in direction of train movement. Block section release signal forming unit is connected through time delay unit to excitation input of block section locking unit. First and second inputs of said unit are connected, respectively, to light signal yellow light signaling relay unit clear output of light signal limiting block section and to clear output of signaling relay unit of light signal yellow light signal limiting block section preceding in direction of train movement.
EFFECT: improved reliability of device owing to checking operation of units affecting safety of traffic.
