FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: system contains a stationary automatic locking device with tonal rail circuits and centralised arrangement of equipment, track traffic lights, rail circuits of protective sections of track traffic lights and rail circuits of block sections, a rail circuit control unit, signal reading unit, coding actuation units, a unit for transmission to a locomotive of numerical code signals, a controller, a dispatch control centre and a command transmitter/receiver. The latter is connected to dispatch control centre equipment; besides, on each train locomotive involved in an interval regulation system there installed is a radio modem that is connected to a command processing unit, the first input of which is connected to a satellite navigation receiver, and the other one is connected to the first output of the locomotive speed indicator unit, the second output of which is connected through a unit of locomotive decoder of code signals of automatic locomotive alarm of continuous type to the third input of the command processing unit of the dispatch control centre; output of the locomotive decoder unit is connected through an interface unit to a control unit of an electropneumatic actuation valve of emergency brake application. Interface unit configuration control input is connected to the first output, and the indication unit input is connected to the second output of the unit for processing of commands from the dispatch control centre.
