COLD MASTIC FOR HYDRAULIC INSULATION (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC C09D195/00

Abstract RU 2280055 C2

FIELD: construction materials industry; production of the cold mastic for hydraulic insulations.

SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry, in particular, to production of the cold mastic for hydraulic insulations. The group of the inventions is pertaining to the hydraulic insulating materials applied in construction for isolation of buildings in the capacity of the roof mastics. The cold mastic used for the hydraulic insulation includes the bitumen, the functional additive, the organic solvent, the plasticizer, waste products of the polycaproamide production. As the functional additive use the complex of the modifying agents made out of the low-molecular hydroxyl-containing India-rubber with the ratio of the monomers of butadiene and isoprene of 80,20, the molecular mass of 3000-3500, polyisocyanate and-or the filling material, the dehumidifier, the catalytic agent for urethane formation, the plasticizer, the low-molecular alcohol at the following ratio of the components (in mass shares): - the low-molecular hydroxyl-containing India-rubber - 100; the polyisocyanate - 20-36; the filling material - 100-250; the dehumidifier - 5-20; the catalytic agent for urethane formation - 0.001-3.0, the plasticizer - 40-100; the low-molecular alcohol - 0.5-8 at following components ratio of the components of the mastic (in mass shares): the bitumen - 25-200, the plasticizer - 17-200, the waste products of the polycaproamide production - 0.5-100, the functional additive - 100, the organic solvent - 8-100. In the alternative versions of realization of the invention the composition of the functional additive does not include a series of ingredients. The group of the inventions ensures the increased adhesion of the coating to the base and the possibility to form the hydraulic insulating coatings by the cold method using the pouring in without application of the heating and without usage of the additional roll insulating materials.

EFFECT: the group of the inventions ensures the increased adhesion of the coating to the base and the possibility to form the hydraulic insulating coatings by the cold method using the pouring in without application of the heating and without usage of the additional roll insulating materials.
