FIELD: rolling stock, in particular, manufacture and repair of carrier parts of railway car trolley, in particular, side frames and beams arranged above springs.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing part to heating within temperature range of Ac1-Ac3 of iron-carbon state diagram and holding at maximal temperature required for equalizing of said temperature across section of maximally stressed operating zones of part; cooling part in air with accelerated cooling of zones under reinforcement process at the side of surfaces exposed to the action of stretching working stresses to temperature of adjacent zones below 550 C; after part reaches temperature below 400 C, subjecting part to deformation by providing transverse bending within admissible range for deflecting of supporting surfaces from measurement bases.
EFFECT: increased durability and enhanced reliability in operation of carrier parts of railway car trolleys.
