FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely production of powders of waste hard alloys.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of subjecting hard-alloy scrap to heat treatment for producing sintered conglomerates; preliminarily crushing conglomerates by fragments and performing further crushing and wet grinding of them. Increased tensile strength of hard-alloy products is provided in the result of limited growth of carbide grains at sintering stage due to taking away excess carbon and lowered frangibility of binder. Crushing of fragments of sintered conglomerate and wet grinding of them are realized at presence of iron carbamide taken in quantity 0.3 - 1.0 mass %.
EFFECT: improved strength of products.
