FIELD: building material production, particularly to manufacture facing and lining plates, building blocks and panels.
SUBSTANCE: method involves arranging blank of heat-insulation material in mold so that heat-insulation material is spaced from walls thereof; filling the gap between heat-insulation material and mold with outer layer material; compacting and hardening thereof; removing the article from mold. Outer decorative layer is produced of composition including the following components taken in % by weight: stone shipping - 70-82, calcium metasilicate - 8-10, epoxy resin having viscosity of not more than 900 mPa·c - 10-20 and in addition surfactant taken in amount of 5-6% by weight. Above composition is laid on mold bottom before above heat-insulation material placing in mold. Volumetric ratio between inner and outer layers is 0.5-2.8.
EFFECT: improved appearance along with increased strength and water-tight properties, provision of stable low heat conductivity.
