FIELD: building industry and materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a raw mixture used for preparing high-filled composition materials showing enhanced mechanical-chemical properties, and to technology for making articles from them used as protective decorative coatings for chemical equipment, furniture, sanitary technical articles, building panels and floors with improved strength indices and high chemical resistance. By the first variant the raw mixture comprises the following components taken in the ratio, wt.-%: epoxy diane resin, 9.0-15.0; amine or anhydride hardening agent, 7.0-12.0; amine accelerating agent, 0.2-0.3; ethyl silicate as a modifying agent, 0.1-0.5, and mineral filling agent, the balance. Mineral filling agent represents finely dispersed powder from natural and/or artificial silicates with particles size 0.05 mm, not above, and enhanced thermal stability. By the second variant surface of mineral filling agent is modified additionally with ethyl silicate in the ratio filling agent : ethyl silicate = (1.0-1.2):(0.001-0.004). Method for preparing high-filled composition material involves mixing epoxy binding agent comprising epoxy diane resin and amine or anhydride hardening agent, accelerating agent, modifying agent at temperature 50-70°C with mineral filling agent surface of that is modified with ethyl silicate. Epoxy binding agent and mineral filling agent are taken in the ratio = (1.0-1.5):(3.5-4.0). Prepared raw mixture is thickened and hardened at increased temperature. Then this mixture is converted to the viscoelastic state and formation of layer by rolling or slit-like extrusion at temperature 50-70°C in the presence of flexibilizing agent of polymethylsiloxane type. The amount of flexibilizing agent is 0.1-0.5 wt.-%. Then layers are thickened by molding and/or vacuum vibration thickening and hardened by hot polymerization at temperature 100-160°C. Method for making articles or its part carried out after formation of layers by rolling or slit-like extrusion in the presence of flexibilizing agent involves stacking layers into the shape heated to temperature 40-80°C. Then layers are hardened by molding and/or vacuum vibration thickening and hardened by hot polymerization at temperature 100-160°C. Invention provides making articles from high-filled composition material with improved thermomechanical indices: bending strength limit is above 100 MPa, compression strength limit is above 250 MPa, almost zero opened porosity, high resistance against effect of corrosive liquids - chemical reagents, solvents and others. Also, invention provides expanding assortment of articles.
