FIELD: stationary.
SUBSTANCE: according to first design version, device contains reservoir for fluid medium, applicator communicating with fluid medium communicating with fluid medium reservoir so that fluid medium, with device in operating condition, passes from reservoir to applicator, and intermediate turnable member installed on carrying axle. Applicator is made in form of turnable member flexible shifted backwards. Intermediate turnable member is designed to transfer fluid medium to applicator with possibility of displacement to provide random communication of fluid medium reservoir with applicator. According to second design version, device contains reservoir with correcting medium under pressure, turnable applicator communicating with reservoir to pass fluid medium, with device in operating condition, from reservoir to applicator for application to surface of backing. Applicator is installed for turning around carrying axle, and its front area has narrowing cross section.
EFFECT: improved convenience of application of liquid to surface.
