FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: casing containing the liquid medium dispenser roller consists of the inside end, the outside end and the lateral side wall. The lateral side wall inner surface extends to connect the inside end to the outside one. In terms of size the side wall is specially designed to provide for the roller retention enabling projection of the roller specified segment outside the casing. The casing contains a spider centre mounted inside and across the casing attached to the inward surface of the lateral side wall so that to contact or immediately adjoin the inner end. The lateral side wall or the spider centre serves to prevent the roller dropout through the inner end. The spider centre is resiliently offset upwards, towards the roller, and is equipped with an element simultaneously enabling local contact with the roller and holdback at a distance thereof and parallel thereto. Additionally proposed is a dispenser containing the roller casing specified as well as a technique for adjustment of the film adhering to the roller contained inside the casing.

EFFECT: proposed device design version provides for minimisation of subsequently applied dosages volume variation.
