SUBSTANCE: applicator for applying fluid medicinal or cosmetic substances to human or animal skin comprises an outer shell with a cylindrical inner surface and a receiving space for the applied fluid, an inner shell configured to move in the outer shell, placed wherein is a fragile ampoule containing a fluid, provided with a hole connecting the inner space of the inner shell with the receiving space of the outer shell. When the activation tool is activated, the ampoule is destroyed. The ampoule has two pointed ends that can be broken off by the activation tool. The activation tool comprises two inclined planes: an inclined plane configured to climb the ampoule, and a second inclined plane formed in the inner shell, which the ampoule climbs when the activation tool is activated.
