FIELD: aeronautical engineering; manufacture of hybrid lighter-than-air flying vehicles and ground-effect vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed hybrid flying vehicle has flattened case filled with gas, helium for example, with external envelope and module for payload carried by case. Case is provided with pair of side projecting curvilinear parts running longitudinally and forming longitudinal central recess on lower surface of case. Payload module is located in this recess. Aircushion undercarriage is mounted on lower surface of side projecting parts. Flying vehicle case may be not rigid and made be made from flexible sheet material.
EFFECT: enhanced safety in transportation of large cargoes through large distances.
