FIELD: method for check, control and(or) adjustment of centrifuge in the process of production of milk products by the method of centrifugal separation, as well as the device for realization of this method.
SUBSTANCE: the method of automatic and non-automatic check and/or adjustment of centrifuge in the process of production of milk products by the method of centrifugal separation with separation of milk into skim milk and cream by minimizing the content of fat in skim milk. A sample of skim milk is taken from the liquid phase flowing out of the centrifuge exhaust line, a substance raising the transparency is added to this sample of skim milk, and the transparency of the sample of skim milk is determined with the aid of a computer by automatic method, and on the basis of the obtained value the content of fat is determined. Depending on a definite value of the content of fat, the working parameters of the centrifuge are checked or adjusted, the transparency of the sample of skim milk is determined by translucence of the sample by a light source and measurement of the light intensity with the aid of a photocell.
EFFECT: provided a precise and simple determination of the content of fat in milk.
