FIELD: milk processing industry. SUBSTANCE: dry milk product contains, % : unskimmed milk (45.96-56.18), corn oil (5.88-7.18), coconut oil (5.88-7.18), refined milk sugar (the rest), corn syrup (11.3-13.8), sodium citrate (0.23- 0.29), potassium citrate (0.64-0.78), mineral salts (3,7·10-3-4,5·10-3%), oil soluble vitamins (4,1·10-3-5,1·10-3%), water soluble vitamins (0.0922-0.1104%). Mass ratio mentioned above milk fat, corn oil and coconut oil is 2:1:1 as calculated for fat. Proposed product is prepared by heating and pasteurization of milk at 105-115 C (sustaining being 50-70 s), adding citrates, sustaining within 40-60 min followed by adjustment pH to 6.65-6.85. Then mixing with corn oil, vitamins, corn syrup and milk sugar takes place. Thus prepared mixture is then concentrated, homogenized and dried. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product. 3 cl, 4 tbl
