The first one shows symbolic notation scale setting range of values inherent in particular attribute of hygienic absorbing article in the package. The second information element determines particular factor or level in the symbolic notation scale. Attribute is said to be hygienic absorbing article ability for absorbing a liquid. Container versions differ in information element implementation.
