SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hygienic absorbent products, as well as to a method for preparing an absorbent core having a first central area and a second area concentrically surrounding the first area. The method for preparing the absorbent core structure for a hygienic product involving the following stages: preparing fibrous cellulose; keeping fibrous cellulose in a chamber; placing a mould on a rotating moulding drum with the mould having a first porous portion and a central non-porous portion; rotating the mould on the rotating mould drum until the mould is found so that to be coupled with the chamber; absorbing fibrous cellulose by the mould to form thereby a core having first and second concentrical areas of various densities; ejecting the core structure from the mould; moving the core structure through a calendar roll to compress the core structure until the first and second areas have the same thickness.

EFFECT: higher effectiveness of the method.
