FIELD: impact grinding of solid mineral resources.
SUBSTANCE: grinder has casing, synchronized rotors, inclined feeding chute equipped with fraction separating device comprising guides arranged at different levels and inclined at different angles of inclination, said guides being arranged in spaced relation with respect to one another and said space corresponding to desirable sizes of fractions. Guides for large-sized fractions are arranged at smaller angle of inclination than guides for small-sized fractions, and their ends are arranged at space equal to half the average size of fraction lumps from working edge of first rotor mounted in lower part of grinder within semi-cylindrical grating joined to feeding chute bottom. First rotor is equipped with impact members having convex working surfaces. Second and third rotors are provided in upper part of grinder casing and equipped with flat impact members, whose centers of working platforms are spaced from edge of one of impact members of first rotor in position defined by cited expression, with surfaces of impact members of second and third rotors being oriented in above indicated manner. Baffling plate may be made as grating.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in grinding of hard materials.
