FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, particularly, to processing of rocks. Proposed method comprises loading initial material lumps in impact crusher with rotors of primary and secondary crushing, crushing said lumps by primary crushing rotor and crushing by secondary crushing rotor by opposite-direction synchronised impacts driven by biconcave impact reflecting surface of said rotor. Secondary impact effects are brought in sector overlapping that of broken material escape caused by primary crushing. In aforesaid sector, extra crushing rotor is arranged between primary and secondary crushing rotors to add to crushing effects.
EFFECT: higher intensity of crushing.
