FIELD: disintegration and processing rocks and ores.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of loading material; breaking by means of mutually opposite pulses biconcave impact deflection surfaces whose mass values increase from rotation center along common symmetry axis of mutually matched rotors. Initial material is fed to zone of operation of lower rotors for primary crushing whose impact deflection surfaces are oriented normally relative to motion path of initial material. Rotors for secondary crushing are arranged stepwise over lower rotors. Impact deflection surfaces of rotors for secondary crushing are oriented normally relative to lines of probable flying out of material from surfaces of lower rotors while their action zone superimposes flying out sector of initial material from surfaces of lower rotors. Impact crusher is used for performing the method according to invention.
EFFECT: improved quality of disintegration, simplified maintenance and restoration works.
