FIELD: working materials by cutting, machine tools for drilling, milling, grinding and engraving processes.
SUBSTANCE: machine includes base; table mounted on base with possibility of horizontal motion for placing worked blank; secured to base vertical strut supporting spindle head mounted with possibility of rotation in vertical plane and vertical motion. Spindle head is provided with device for clamping tool; said device is kinematically joined through spindle with electric motor. In order to enhance working accuracy, spindle head is mounted in strut by means of movable bracket having member for fixing it on strut. In body of spindle head sleeve is mounted with possibility of axial motion and fixation in desired position. Spindle is mounted in said sleeve by means of upper and lower bearing assemblies. Device for clamping tool is arranged in lower end of spindle. In upper end of spindle there are lengthwise splines. Electric motor is vertically mounted in bracket. Kinematic circuit from electric motor to clamping device includes arranged successively gear box mounted inside bracket and two doubled trains of gear wheels arranged inside spindle head and mutually engaged. One train of doubled gear wheels is mounted with possibility of axial motion controlled by means of outer handle. Said axial motion is performed along vertical shaft having in lower end cone gear wheel engaged with cone gear wheel mounted in outer end of outlet shaft of gear box. Second doubled train of gear wheels is mounted in radial bearing assemblies in body of spindle head and it has axial spline opening for placing upper splined end of spindle. Lower end of sleeve extends outside plane of lower end of spindle head and it has cylindrical thickened portion in zone of arrangement of lower bearing assembly of spindle. Said thickened portion has flat annular collar designed for engaging with plane of lower end of spindle head body.
EFFECT: simplified design of machine tool, enhanced accuracy of working.
