FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a motor, a rail clamp with a pair of internal stops with a removable template at each stop and a pair of external detachable templates arranged as capable of contact with a head and a foot of a rail. The machine also comprises a rotary-helical clamp, a unit of spindle rotation and nut-screw movement with a safety coupling, devices of manual start, disconnection and reversible displacement of a spindle and its automatic stop at the end of movement and a gear box. The motor is joined to one, and other parts of the machine - to the other, opposite part of the clamp. The motor shaft is connected with an inlet shaft of the gear box by a lengthy shaft with two connecting couplings pulled between elements of the clamp, equipped with an additional pair of external stops with a detachable external template at each stop. The inner pair of templates is arranged as capable of contact only with the rail foot. The rotary helical clamp is arranged as double-arm, placed between internal stops along the entire gap between them, spring-loaded relative to the clamp and arranged as capable of interaction with the rail head rib. The safety coupling, devices of start, disconnection and reversible displacement of the spindle are arranged in the form of a single unit. The first wheel is arranged with ratchet teeth at one of the ends of their crown, arranged as capable of interaction with ratchet teeth at the first end of the half-coupling. At the second end of the half-coupling there are ratchet teeth made as capable of interaction with ratchet teeth at the end of the second wheel. The half-coupling is arranged as capable of interaction by its inner contact surface with a contact ledge at the end of a concentric half-coupling of a friction bushing spring-loaded relative to the second wheel.
EFFECT: simplification, facilitation and speed-up of machine installation on a rail in place of works production, its alignment along a produced hole axis, fixation with a rail.
