FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tires f driving wheels of tractors. Proposed pneumatic tire includes side strips, tread and beads, carcass with several layers of parallel cord threads consisting of two semilayers, threads in said semilayers being laid with intersection in under-tread zone and directed to side opposite to primary direction of tire rotation. One edge of each semilayer is located in zone of beads, and the other, in opposite part of crown zone. Cord threads in zone side strips are laid at angle of 25-45° relative to meriodional direction. Said edge approaches tire equator in each cord layer as it draws near tread. Distance between ends of semilayers furthest from tread is 90-95% of tire width and for following layers said distance is reduced by 5-7%.
EFFECT: increased service life of tire owing to difference in pressures between equatorial and shoulder zones of tire.
