FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for prevention of unauthorized use or high-jacking of vehicles. Proposed device includes satellites of NAVSTAR navigation system, vehicle equipment, retransmitted with transmit-receive antenna and dispatcher station equipment. Vehicle-mounted complex contains receiving antenna, transmit-receive antenna, GPS signal receiver, radio station, matching unit, microprocessor, additional information pickups, transmit-receive unit, actuating unit and on-line communication panel. Lo-jack system contains receiving antenna, coded message receiver, two multipliers, naarow-band filter, low-frequency filter, access pickup, control unit, high frequency generator, phase keyer, power amplifier and transmitting antenna. Access control panel contain keyboard, memory unit, code shaper, high-frequency generator, phase keyer, power amplifier and transmitting antenna. Stationary equipment of dispatcher station contains receiving antenna, transmit-receive antenna, GPS signal receiver, radio station, matching unit, personal computer, documentation device and display. Provides continuous uninterrupted monitoring of condition of vehicle and cargo on vehicle and transmission of messages in case of abnormal situations with taking of emergency measures at deviation of vehicle from route, operation of cargo pickups or messages from driver.

EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities at preservation of cargoes in carriage.
