SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for prevention unauthorized use or theft of vehicle. Device includes NAVISTAR navigation system satellites, vehicle equipment, retransmitter with transmit-receive antenna and dispatcher station equipment. Vehicle carry set contains antenna, GPS-signal receiver, radio station, matching unit, microprocessor, additional information pickup, transmit-receive unit and actuating unit. Stationary equipment of dispatcher station contains receiving antenna, transmit-receive antenna, GPS-signal receiver, radio station, matching unit, personal computer, documentation device and display. Device provides duplex radio communication between vehicle and dispatcher station for exchanger of discrete information using two frequencies and complex phase-manipulated signals.
