SUBSTANCE: actuator comprises housing (2) that receives driving shaft connected with the wave generator, flexible wheel, secured in the housing, and rigid wheel (7c) with screw cuts. The wheels are axially aligned. Rigid wheel (7) is made of two outlet links that engage the flexible wheel. The bearing device is made of balls (5). The wave generator is made of pushers (3) and races (4). The flexible wheel is made of unmovable separator (6) whose radial openings receive balls (5) arranged over the periphery uniformly in several rows.
