FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: actuator comprises housing, wave generator, flexible wheel secured inside the housing, rigid wheel (1), output link (7) that is mounted coaxially to the flexible link and engages it, and bearing device made of balls (6). The rigid wheel is the housing of the actuator and is provided with axial grooves of epicycloid shape that are arranged on its inner side. The wave generator is provided with pushers (3) and race (4). Flexible wheel is made of movable separator (5) whose radial openings receive balls (6) arranged uniformly over periphery in several rows. The outer side of separator (5) engages the rigid wheel to define sliding pairs. The output link is made of rod mounted inside the separator and provided with wavy outer surface throughout the length. Pushers (3) engage the inner surface of race (4) that is made of hollow thin-walled cylinder and are mounted in radial openings in cylinder unit (2) uniformly over periphery in several rows. The cylinder unit is rigidly mounted in the housing.
