FIELD: agriculture; methods of sunflower seeds cleaning and the production line for its realization.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for realization in agriculture. The method provides for feeding of sunflower seeds in canisters and their preliminary cleaning with separation into fractions. Then each fraction of seeds is separated by density on a pneumatic sorting table and conduct the further primary seed cleaning of each fraction of seeds with the subsequent storing separately of each fraction in containers. The production line for sunflower seeds cleaning includes a conveying device with an elevator and a supplied with the sieves machine of the preliminary cleaning of the seeds. Sieves are supplied with outputs for each fraction of seeds. The pneumatic sorting table is mounted after a precleaner and in front of the primary cleaner. For installation of the containers above the machines of both preliminary and primary cleaning and over the pneumatic sorting table there are slewing trestle bridges. The inventions allow to increase outcome and quality of the seed material and to diminish expenditures on sunflower seeds cleaning.
