FIELD: production of gypsocardboard facing plate and installation for its realization.
SUBSTANCE: the method consists in feeding of hydratetisable calcium sulfate and a water to the first mixer and to the second mixer, feeding of facing, preparation of the first gypsum solution, application of the first gypsum solution on the facing and formation of the raw surface layer, application of the second solution on the raw surface layer, and formation of the raw pitchy layer with a density that is lower than the density of the raw surface layer, preparation of the third gypsum layer in the third mixer, formation of the second raw surface layer with a density exceeding the density of the raw pitchy layer and formation of the gypsocardboard facing plate, hydration and drying of the plate.
EFFECT: provided independent control of formation of various layers of gypsum.
