FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to plasterboard formed of synthetic gypsum and other gypsum sources having high concentrations of chloride salt, a method for the manufacture of plasterboard, and a wall system, in which plasterboard is used. The method for the manufacture of plasterboard includes preparation of an aqueous suspension containing a mixture of water and gypsum wall plaster. Moreover, gypsum wall plaster contains calcium sulfate semi-hydrate. At the same time, the aqueous suspension contains a mixture of at least 60% by wt. of the specified calcium sulfate semi-hydrate on a dry base, from about 500 wt.pt. to about 3000 wt.pt. of chloride-anions per 1,000,000 parts by weight (wt.pt.) of the specified calcium sulfate semi-hydrate and water. The mass ratio of water to calcium sulfate semi-hydrate is from 0.2:1 to 1.2:1. The aqueous suspension is distributed between a front paper covering sheet and a rear covering sheet. Moreover, each covering sheet has an inner surface and an outer surface. At the same time, the inner surface of at least one of the front paper covering sheet and the rear paper covering sheet is covered with a starch layer. Moreover, the gypsum suspension is in contact with the starch layer. After curing of calcium sulfate semi-hydrate with formation of a panel containing a gypsum core, the panel is dried and cut into gypsum plates. The wall system contains a frame, to which at least one specified plate of plasterboard is fixed. At the same time, the outer surface of the front paper covering sheet faces away from the frame.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the manufacture of plasterboard, improvement of adhesion between a core of a plate and paper covering sheets.
