FIELD: individual lifesaving appliances; evacuation of people from high-rise buildings and rescue of drivers of various transport facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rescue system includes high-strength gastight envelopes forming first and second parts in open position; each part has shape of hemisphere; proposed system is also provided with unit for charging envelopes with gas and evacuating gas from them. First part has pocket with projecting pad located below center of gravity of rescue system for position of person when head and legs are pressed to body. Second part has two mutually-perpendicular safety arcs with stabilizing parachutes located in between them. Device for charging the envelopes is made in form of pyrotechnical cartridge.
EFFECT: enhanced stabilization of flight; reduced overall dimensions; reduced impact at landing.
