FIELD: evacuation methods.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for evacuation and the design of rescue devices for descent from high-rise objects. The device for descent from high-rise objects using autorotation contains two screws installed in parallel, made with the possibility of rotation in opposite directions around a common geometric axis, a pilot's seat, a control device for the pitch of the screws and an electronic unit for calculating the autorotation parameters. The propellers are made freely rotating, while each of the propellers is designed to be installed on the primary pitch, allowing each of the propellers untwisting under the influence of the incident flow. The propeller pitch control device is configured to control the pitch of each of the propellers to control the vertical speed of the descent of the device. The method for descent from high-rise objects contains the stages at which: change the pitch of each of the propellers from a negative angle of attack to a positive one to increase the lifting force of the propeller and reduce the vertical speed of descent - the stage of autorotation and the stage of diving, in which the speed of rotation of the propeller and the vertical speed of descent of the device increase.
EFFECT: possibility of safe descent of a person from a high-rise object is ensured by adjusting the vertical speed.
