SUBSTANCE: device comprises leafs, annular concentric guiders, drive, remote control panel, safety members, locking systems, as well as drainage and water-way systems. Leafs are shaped to conform to halves of cylinder side surface. Guiders define inner and outer guiding members and are arranged between side walls of the building so that each two guiders are located on floor and ceiling of the building. Leaf installed in inner guiding members is formed of transparent material. Leaf installed in outer guiding members is made of solid lightproof material.
